These licenses include:
- Wholesale, Retail & Trade (WRT) License
- Business license for industry specific license under regulated or unregulated sector with Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry
- Manufacturing License
- HRDF Training Provider
- Registration with Ministry of Education
- Registration of a Private Recruitment Agency
- Registration with MDEC – ICT License and other industry/sector specified license
Activity-Specified Licenses
This type of license regulates specific activities and can be applied to more than one industry and company must comply with specific guidelines that serve the purposes of protecting the interest of the citizens, employment, safety of workers, environment and the public.
Which include:
- Certificate of fitness for certified Machinery
- For approval of Expatriate Post for Foreign Owned Companies
- Building plan approval
- Sales tax license
- Fire brigade approval and other activity-specified license
