Important Notice
To register a Sdn Bhd, you will need to be:
- At least 18 years old
- Residing in Malaysia
- Not disqualified under Section 198 of the Malaysia Companies Act 2016
Company Registration Process Flow
Company name search with SSM
The first step in registering your company is to search for and secure an available company name with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
Preparation of registration documents
Once the name is approved by SSM, we will prepare all necessary registration documents for your company.
Signing of documents
All directors and shareholders are required to sign the prepared registration documents.
Submission to SSM
We submit the completed and signed documents to SSM for the registration of your company.
Notice of Registration issued
Upon successful registration, SSM will issue a Notice of Registration Section for your company.
